Combined Youth & children’s Camp Registration 2026

Students - Grades 7th - 12th Children - Grades 3rd - 6th COST $150

Please fill out the form in all the applicable areas. Many areas are required fields. Your registration will not be complete until each required field has been filled in. Each participant must fill out the form separately. If you have two participants, you must register them separately. There will be a medical release form and campers pledge that must be signed and brought to camp upon check-in. These forms will be available from your church pastor or secretary.
